Banking legal affairs:
1. Act as legal counsel for perennial or special affairs, provide advice on legal issues and other legal affairs in the daily or specific financial business of customers, and issue legal opinions or lawyer's proposals;
2. Draft, review and modify various types of loan and guarantee contracts;
3. Review and modify the financial management business contract carried out by the bank and provide legal opinions;
4. Accept the entrustment of the bank to recover overdue loans and clear up other creditor's rights and debts on its behalf through collection, negotiation, mediation, litigation and other means;
5. Acting as an agent for the litigation or non litigation business of non-performing assets disposal cases of asset management companies;
6. Undertake mediation, litigation or arbitration of disputes related to credit, bills, trust, financial leasing, insurance and other financial businesses;
7. Handle the legal matters of debt to equity swap, provide legal advice for the asset management company to implement the debt to equity swap scheme, participate in negotiation, and be responsible for the drafting and review of legal documents such as debt to equity swap agreement.
Legal affairs of securities industry:
1. Provide all kinds of relevant legal services for the issuance and listing of various domestic and foreign stocks, the issuance, transfer and cashing of bonds of joint-stock companies, the investment banking business of securities underwriters, act as the lawyer of issuers or underwriting syndicates, draft relevant legal documents, provide legal advice, and issue legal opinions or verification records;
2. Agency of litigation cases involving securities law, including but not limited to: Disputes over confirmation of shareholders' rights, disputes over claims for delivery of shares and capital contribution certificates, disputes over infringement of share transfer, disputes over preemptive rights, disputes over voting rights at shareholders' meetings, disputes over shareholders' right to know, disputes over infringement of shareholders' rights by company resolutions, disputes over convening rights of shareholders' meetings, disputes over claims for dissolution of the company, disputes over damage to the interests of the company by directors, supervisors and managers, Disputes over investment contracts, merger and division of companies, acquisition disputes of listed companies, shareholder representative litigation and civil compensation caused by false statements of listed companies.
Insurance legal affairs:
Provide litigation and non litigation agency legal services for insurance companies, including marine insurance, comprehensive property insurance, motor vehicle insurance, personal injury insurance, etc.
