Provide customers with all-round legal services related to the approval, development, financing, construction, sales, mortgage and property management of real estate projects, including:

1. Establishment of real estate companies. Assist clients in drawing up project feasibility study reports and cooperative development plans, drafting company creation documents, including contracts, articles of association and other relevant documents, and handling company registration and qualification examination on behalf of clients;

2. Project initiation and approval of real estate projects. Assist customers in handling real estate project initiation and other government approval procedures;

3. Transfer and transfer of land use right. Assist customers in handling land acquisition, transfer and transfer procedures, drafting and reviewing land acquisition compensation and resettlement agreements, transfer and transfer contracts, etc;

4. Demolition and resettlement. Assist customers in formulating demolition policies, determining demolition units, handling demolition disputes, drafting and reviewing entrusted demolition agreements, demolition and resettlement notices, demolition and resettlement agreements, etc;

Handle pre-sale, lease registration, property right transfer and other procedures, real estate mortgage financing and bank mortgage. Issue legal opinions to relevant institutions on the legal feasibility of land use right, construction in progress or real estate physical mortgage financing and the qualification of mortgage applicants; Draft and review loan contracts, mortgage contracts and other relevant documents; Handle the mortgage registration and mortgage cancellation procedures as well as the mortgage disposal procedures when the mortgage is realized;

7. Property management. Assist customers to set up or hire property management companies. Assist the management company to organize the property owner's meeting, establish the owner's management organization, and build the legal relationship between the management company and all property owners and their agents. Draft and review property management conventions, property management rules and regulations and other legal documents;

8. Real estate dispute resolution. Accept all kinds of construction project design contracts, construction contracts, housing sales contracts, housing lease contracts, guarantee contracts and other construction real estate disputes, and provide legal services for the transfer, transfer, allocation and collective land acquisition of state-owned land use rights; Construction project performance management, fund supervision, project tracking, legal services and project payment collection of construction enterprises. Provide legal services such as sales and leasing of various houses, real estate ownership investigation, agent registration and transfer of ownership.
