1. Provide patent legal services: agent's application and registration of ownership of subject matter right, patent right and copyright, customs protection registration, patent consultation, patent retrieval, patent agency, patent transfer, patent litigation, patent reconsideration and patent invalidation;
2. Provide trademark legal services: carry out trademark legal consultation, trademark ownership disputes, contract transfer of trademark rights, agent of trademark infringement litigation, application and identification of Chinese well-known trademarks, famous trademarks, Chinese famous brands and national exemption from inspection;
3. provide copyright legal services: copyright law consultation, computer software, integrated circuit layout design agent, copyright infringement, pre litigation investigation of disputes, evidence collection, prosecution, litigation and court appearance;
4. Act as legal adviser and patent adviser to enterprises and institutions, conduct anti unfair competition investigation as an agent, provide consultation and scheme design for the protection of trade secrets, participate in the negotiation of technology transfer and licensing of intellectual property rights, and draft contracts and strategy consultation;
5. Consulting and agency services for other intellectual property business;
