Defending natural persons for suspected crimes:

1. accept the Commission of the suspect, defendant and his family members to provide the following services:

(1) investigation stage: meeting with suspect, understanding the accusation and case, providing legal advice for suspect, applying for bail pending trial, and appealing and accusing, maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of suspect;

(2) Prosecution stage: meet with the defendant, read the case file, investigate and collect evidence, exchange opinions with the public prosecution organ, and apply for bail on behalf of the defendant;

(3) Trial stage: defending the defendant in court; If the defendant refuses to accept the judgment, he may appeal or appeal on his behalf with his authorization.

2. Accept the entrustment of the victims and their families to provide the following services:

(1) Private prosecution cases: investigate and collect evidence, file criminal private prosecution on behalf of the victim, and investigate the criminal responsibility of the perpetrator;

(2) Public prosecution cases: bring incidental civil proceedings for the victims and their families, and put forward legal opinions on the criminal treatment of the infringer while safeguarding the civil rights and interests of the victims;

(3) Complaint cases: file complaints to relevant departments on behalf of the victims and their families, and investigate the legal responsibility of criminals.

Defending the unit's suspected crime:

1. Investigation stage: meet with the person in charge of the unit suspected of committing a crime, understand the charges and circumstances involved, apply for a guarantor pending trial on behalf of the person in charge of the unit suspected of committing a crime, or provide legal advice for the unit suspected of committing a crime, appeal and sue on behalf of the unit, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the unit;

2. Prosecution stage: meet with the person in charge of the unit as the defendant, read the case file, investigate and collect evidence, exchange opinions with the public prosecution organ, and prepare for defense in court;

3. Trial stage: defend the unit as the defendant in court and exchange opinions with the presiding judge and judges; If the unit as the defendant disagrees with the judgment, it can appeal or appeal on its behalf with its authorization.
